I work from home, and when I saw this table, I realized this would make a much better stand for my printer than the fold-up table I had been using. The 40-inch height and the 23-inch tabletop fits great under my printer and is sturdy enough that the printer does not cause the table to move during printing as the fold-up table did.The measurements fit an area in my office where I had my printer, so I ordered the table. The table comes in black or brown wood grain. The brown wood grain is a very close match for my desk, so that is the color I ordered. The unit arrived in very sturdy packaging. As I opened the box, I was impressed with the care taken to protect each piece. The table top was wrapped in small bubble wrap and had a foam bumper around the entire edge of the table. The directions were easy to understand, and all the hardware and an Allen wrench for the screws were all present. The assembly took 20-25 minutes. The instructions remind you to leave all the screws a bit loose until the entire unit is assembled, and for the last couple of screws for the tabletop, I can see why that is stressed.Caution: You will need to lay the table top on a surface like the floor and place the frame on it so the screws can be added. I cleaned the floor before doing this, but I must have missed a grain of sand as I put a light scratch on the tabletop. Put the table top on a towel or the cardboard box the table came in.Once the unit was assembled, I then worked my way around the table, first snugging all the screws up, then going around again and tightening them hard.4 rubber feet can screw in or out to get the table level. With my office floor not being level, this worked well and was easy to adjust.I am very pleased with the table. It is sturdy and looks good in my office. I highly recommend this table. There are many uses for this table in your home or office.
