Super fast and easy to setup. Seems quality made.Bought to go in front of a loveseat. Perfect size. Can use for gaming. Shelves are really small. Just leave out the divider. Only issue is no handle for pulling upOverall I’m happy with the lift too table. The directions were okay but not always very clear. The hinges for the lift top seem to work well but it doesn’t lift evenly every time. There was damage to the interior box and to some of the pieces but minor.My brother, who puts together furniture for HomeGoods, and a few other places put my table together for me. He told me and I quote " This was way too much effort for what it was suppose to be." I could tell as I watched him struggle to put it together and him cuss under his breath. A majority of the screws would NOT fit all the way, every screw and bolt was if it was one size off. Even the electric drill couldn't budge some of them. It ended up not as sturdy at first, and he had to go back and dissemble half, drill extra space in the wood with a drill bit just so the pre-made holes would be deep enough to work. I've seen him put together a 30 piece ensemble from beds, to tables, to chairs, and bars, and finish in under an hour. This had around 7 parts to connect, but took him 3! looks good tho.Be careful when you open the box and assemble. I saw possibly fiber glass with dust in the box so I had to make sure I wipe down all the pieces, wear protection during assembly and vacuum afterward. If you can, I recommend doing it all outside.The table itself is really sturdy and has everything I needed. It has a lift top which I can use to use a laptop or have a casual Movie dinner on. It has a good size storage. The middle piece for the side shelf is adjustable.I see the exact or similar designs on Amazon and other websites for more prices.The alignment of where the lift top and the rest of the table top meet isn’t perfect (but it is flat which I care more about) and the legs have slightly a different color than the rest of the table. The lift top part is a little hard to open and close. Assembly instructions were pretty clear, but screw part would help if you have an electric drill - it was tiring both my husband’s and my hands. It’s better to have 2 people working on it.Overall I’m satisfied with the table but not with how the seller packaged the product. Fiber glass is a health hazard.The first steps of assembly was pretty easy. But when it gets to the legs & to attach the lift top part to the table you will need a drill. The holes were too small for the screws and you need force to put them in. It took me an hour and a half to assemble the whole thing by myself with a mistake of putting the lift top backwards so probably it should've only taken an hour and 15 minutes. When I finally finished, I noticed that the lift top table has a gap when closed (as shown on the picture & the other review). That's the only reason I didn't give this 5 stars! The color is too dark for my living room but I'm planning on covering it with contact paper. So far this table is sturdy and it's easy to lift the table top and has a lot of storage space!It was a pain to put together, definitely need a partner for assembly, but it’s worth it once it’s done! It’s a beautiful piece for the price! I love the shelves for notebooks or remotes and the inside hide-a-spot for all the clutter is such a relief!Product is easy to assemble. Only thing wish the legs could be a bit longer so it’s just few inches taller. Other than that it’s awesome addition to one of my rooms.
