These look exactly as pictured, are comfortable, and were easy to put together. The only thing that stinks is that the "feet" on the very bottom rub on and get stuck to the carpet in my office. Other than that, 10/10Very nice, sturdy chairs that were so easy to put together.The chairs are comfortable. A little narrow for some body types. The holes didn’t like up easily but I was able to eventually get the screws in. You can’t go wrong with these chairs.And the team was extremely customer oriented that they followed up to check if the order arrived as expected and if the chairs were satisfactory. Such proactive measures exemplify customer care and satisfaction.The chair is definitely not easy to install. you need to two people to assemble the chair as it was very difficult to line up with holes. You will need to use a hammer (use a pad to protect the chair) to get the holes lined up.The chair is also very stiff and small. You can't sit on it for too long. it's a bit taller than normal dinner chair. But it's inexpensive.After this review, I was reached by their customer service team. They cared about my experience with their products and provided proper resolution.This is the second go around for me adding more chairs because I like the way they look. The other thing I like is they don’t slide on the floor which can scratch wood floors which happened before in my other chairs. They have little rubber inserts that you put on the bottom so they can slide them around also. I use these on my Airbnb log home and now I have a total of eight of them
